I’ve been a part of the Duluth music scene for about 7 years now, having made my first stage appearance at the 2nd Annual Homegrown Music Festival in 2000 with my former band Bone Appetit. These days I spend the majority of my time working with my new band the SuperTacks, insert shameless plug here: (www.myspace.com/thesupertacks or www.thesupertacks.com). It has been a privilege working with such great musicians in that band for the past two years and I’m convinced there is no limit to what we can accomplish. As for my solo material, to put it simply, I love writing songs, if people like them great, if they don’t that’s fine too. This year will be a big year for my solo stuff as well as for the SuperTacks. My first full length album will be released in April and by fall I’d like to release a second full length. In between that time the SuperTacks will release our second album as well so it will be busy. I will be playing my second Homegrown as a solo artist this May as well as with the band, making it my 8th straight appearance at the festival. Thanks for reading my bio, hope it was awesome.
