Just to adjust the public record to help it be more accurate... the VAPORBROTHERS phenomenon was started 10 years ago in Venice, CA by a few groovy people, including a psychedelic musician, a modern pop artist, a naturopathic doctor, and an engineering student.
HELLO ALL and welcome to our Myspace page! This is our outlet to connect with the people who enjoy our vaporizer and anybody else who might be interested "What is Vapor Brothers??" Here you can interface with our sleep deprived staff, browse pictures that don't quite show us but show what we like & where we go, or stop by just to say HIgh.
We invented this contraption by the way. You might see a zillion others try to copy our stuff but buyer beware... We know because we made it... You can't put funky plastics, fake digital gauges, and questionable heating elements into our invention and expect it to work the same! If you want to know a little bit about our story, we came up with this little wood box during the winter '98-'99 in Venice, CA. Thank you to the stellar peoples who supported us early on, providing all sorts of help, warehouse space, borrowed credit cards, straight up funds, and comfy homes to become vortexes of vaporization. Vapor boxes were made for our friends and extended family, eventually finding so much good feedback that we decided to step it up and start a real company.
Since then the VB vaporizer has spread beyond California to the world. We've seen peoples' lives improved primarily in the "I-feel-way-better-now" department, and we felt blessed to bring people something useful and valuable for their health and pocketbook, not to mention having much fun because of it!
Converting a smoking public to pure vapor took a lot of dedicated work, dismantling people's natural resistance with reckless abandon, treating every new vapor virgin like they... well... deserved to be deflowered. We were as focused on our work as we were on extracurricular activities such as gathering junk from alleyways or causing things to explode. Our strange Venice workshop saw people of all walks of life come and stay awhile. The artists amongst us hung out to paint vaporizers, any able hand was put to work. Days were fun and nights were long. It was one of these nights that we drew the final design of the angled box that became the most recognizable vaporizer of this decade.
