About me:
The Dominion Derby Girls is an all-female flat track roller derby league formed with the purpose of promoting the sport of roller derby and giving back to the community. We are a not for profit, tax exempt organization that donates volunteer time and proceeds from bouts to charitable causes in the Hampton Roads region. The DDG follows all rules and regulations of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association and is a proud member of the WFTDA. Above all, we are an amateur athletic organization, priding itself on the strength and diversity of its all-female skaters. As such, we have a rigorous training and practice schedule in order to be able to participate in national competition. The DDG is run by the skaters, for the skaters.

Our next event:
Come out and join us at our first ever Car Hop! The ladies of the DDG will be there from 5-8pm serving up a good time for the whole family. We will have girls on skates ready to answer all your derby questions. Merchandise and bout tickets will be available so don't miss it! A portion of the proceeds comes to the DDG to help keep us in our current practice space; so be sure to stop by, have a bite, and support your local roller derby!
It's a battle of strength and athleticism as we take on our little sisters from the North, the DC Rollergirls! We're proud to be hosting these fine ladies in their very FIRST WFTDA regulation game since being accepting as one of WFTDA newest member leagues. Prepare for massive amounts of derby action as these two All Star teams battle it out Sunday, July 27th at Haygood Skating Center. We have an EARLIER door time of 5pm and the bout begins at 6pm. Get your tickets NOW! They're available on our brand spankin' new WEBSITE, at the always supportive Skinnie's Records and our home away from home, Haygood Skating Center!
