Vav Jungle is an electronic-based act featuring Eve Rice who is also known as DJBeekeeni. She produces all of the music. There are two styles of Vav Jungle - electronic exotic jazz and electronic discotheque with some variations in between.
The live electro-exotica version of VJ is a mix of lounge styles: bossas, swings, LSD, go go and something of a bygone era. The discotheque version of VJ is a mix of old new-wave, 1960's, old school electronic and many themes in-between. The music is wild, suggestive and bizarre. Eve is like a performance artist that creates dance music.
Originally, Vav Jungle was conceived with artist Murray Toews. There are 2 CDs
available on iTunes and CDBaby and all five can be purchased through this website by contact.
RELEASES include: "Pap Rock", "Canadiana Striptease", "Cream Corn Bath", "Models For Jelly" and "Zig A Dig"
