February 14th:
a benefit reading of V-Day's newest book "A Memory, A Monologue, A Rant, and A
Prayer" at the Ethical Society building on Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia at
6pm.
February 22nd: Fish on Friday
Fundraiser at the Westbury lounge dedicated to raising $$ for V-Day
Philadelphia. Check out
the MySpace for FISH ON FRIDAY.
Starts at 5:30pm.
March 1st: two benefit performances
of Eve Ensler's "The Vagina Monologues" at 2 and 8 pm at the Ethical Society
building on Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia.
March 8th: a screening of the
documentary "Until the Violence Stops" in honor of International Women's Day at
the Ethical Society building on Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia at 2pm.
We're also featuring a panel discussion with our beneficiaries (WIT and ISF) and
a self-defense demo by WAVE.
March 14th: V-Day
shopping event at 10,000 villages in Chestnut Hill from 5-9pm. A
percentage of every dollar you spend goes to V-Day Philadelphia!
