About me:

Das GOthFAIR Festival fand im Herbst 2009 erstmals statt. Die Idee war, Gothic Musik mit wichtigen Themen wie Veganismus, Tierrechten, Umweltschutz und fairem Handel zu kombinieren. Beim ersten Mal noch sehr klein, kamen nur Wenige in den Genuss, die erstklassigen Auftritte von Kadaver Acht, Eden weint im Grab und Metallspürhunde zu erleben und dabei vegane Fair-Trade-Speisen und -Getränke zu kosten. Keine Angst, es wird ein weiteres Festival geben. Für weitere Infos klickt auf das Bild über diesem Text. _____________________________________________________________________________ Noch immer gibt es genügend Klischees wie Blut trinken, Tiere aufschlitzen und Alles, was man vielleicht mit Satanismus assoziieren könnte, die der Gothic-Kultur unterstellt werden. Absurd, aber diese Vorurteile gibt es noch erschreckend oft. Fakt ist, dass Grufties im Allgemeinen meist wesentlich friedlicher und toleranter sind als "normale" Menschen. Und besonders deshalb ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass für immer mehr Gothics Themen wie Veganismus, Vegetarismus und Tierrechte ein wichtiger Teil des Alltags sind. Dies gilt es zu unterstützen! _____________________________________________________________________________ We want to show, that the Gothic culture is not as evil as one might think. Still many people sense us as suspect and sometimes they really associate stereotypes as drinking blood, fucking on cemetaries and slashing pets. It's pretty absurd, but many people really think like that. Fact is: Most Gothics are even more peacable and tolerant as "normal" people. And because of that, in the last years veganism, vegetarianism and animal rights became an important part of the gothic culture. We want to support that!
