Vegan Gourmet Cheeses were created in 1998. I wanted to to help people go vegan! When I first became a vegan the hardest part was giving up cheese and all of the yummy things that you put cheese on.... especially pizza! This sentiment was echoed over and over again by the students at my vegan cooking classes. So after A LOT of testing the first versions of Vegan Gourmet Cheese were born. Joining forces with Follow Your Heart helped to bring Vegan Gourmet to an international audience. Now, 10 years later, we are still striving to make the best dairy alternatives on the market.
