General
Beauty in all art-forms, carcasses on canvas. Music, don't care what type, if my ear and body enjoys it you win. Writing - poetry, short stories from corners of imagination, Reading is obviously a given with it, so i must enjoy that too (admit to collecting comics). Dancing, tripping the lights fantastic - amusement in the physical sense (i.e. sex) is always cool with me. Love - and how it hurts, that intrests me the most, the intertwining emotions, the growth from being nothing in spirit - to a waterfall of ungulating understanding, often times wishing it all would stop... James Morrison, Katy Perry, Jason Mraz, Justin, Janet, etc. Otherwise alternative, rock, pop, trance, hip-hop, soul, reggae, and the blues/jazz... I try to keep up with jones, new music, new styles, and fashion - mostly see the latest on-line...
Movies
Love action/sci-fi, fantasy - special effects are always cool, superhero movies - Iron Man, the new Hulk, X-men, shit like that... Also like deep story-driven movies if done right, even teen movies (All I Wanna Do - that's a great teen movie, check it out) (Less Than Zero, P.S. I love you, Bed of Roses, 80's - Breakfast Club, etc. all cool...) really do like em all, those movies that keep my attention..Television
When, and if, i do frequent the television (which has been quite often lately) i watch HEROES. . . use to watch Will & Grace, Sex in The City, and Six Feet Under but they're no longer with us (may they rest peace). The Simpsons still on (will they ever die?) and Family Guy cracks the shit out of me, and of course, we can't forget Dexter... Just started the new season of Heroes!! woohoo!! and also checking out and getting a new addiction to trueblood, southern vampires--who knew?Books

And My Mom (putting up with me, when i did not understand her old fashioned views--even in rearing me, not having the means to, and still loving me without regrets. Everytime i fall, or fail-- in my endeavors-- of love & life, she's the first and only one EVER to care for me. She is the definition of "unconditional love")
My kids--they show me a new prospective on life that I thought I lost, they're always up beat and look at things so vividly and curiously, I've been in such a fog....

About me:
Who knew I'd make it to 34. I always thought I would die young in life, 33 seemed the obvious age--Jesus was crucified at the age... I might as well be...
Not much to know about me, I'm simple, I like music, art, poetry (check out my blog), dancing, reading, the beach... I try to stay active and work out a couple times a week at least. I just recently moved to San Diego, where I grew up, a year and a half ago now... It's harder to make friends when the only friends I can make are the ones my boyfriend wants me to meet. I miss my family, but they don't need me, I'm kind of floating right now waiting for a satellite to fall from the sky -- or better yet a toilet seat...

Who I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet the Dalai Lhama, but think he died not too long ago... Also would like to meet some poets, who I've been reading, like Valzhyna Mort or Mark Doty. But in all honesty I'd really like to meet Oprah and Justin Timberlake--now those two I'd scream like a teen-queen fanatic (lose my voice over it).
