Velez - as last named project - makes fresh, satisfying 4/4 beats to be enjoyed at breakfast time. Starting his adventure at six years old when his dad handed him a slab of South American Rock music called "llena tu cabeza de rock", he is always happy going into his own projects - from idm to dubstep, deep techno, jackin' or even cheezy detroited ghetotech - or playing in his other crazies projects like Protov, L.O.T.L. and Ataraxia, with local or national heroes or changing dubplates with freaks around the world. Velez navigates a smooth sea of miniscule bleeps, bloops, dubs and delays, with mellow tones, glitching chords and melancholic violins always near the surface. Flavoured with all kind of influences from music,drinks, food, smells or temperature. Working in his music live projects, as a crazy and unexpected dj (mixing anything that comes to the nite), as a cultural activist in seriously projects , in his (with a lot of people) label (www.seriesmedia.org), representing here or there, or as a editor, enginer or kind of composer and of course in having his doggy clean and safe...Velez is a boy who really never stop.
