Rui Miguel Velindro Miranda Cardoso, nasceu a 17/03/1981 em Coimbra onde ainda reside. Actualmente estudante finalista da Licenciatura de História da Arte na Universidade de Coimbra. Apaixonado pela fotografia desde muito novo, aos 14 anos tirou um curso de fotografia, desde aí frequentou workshops e outros cursos pontuais. Em 2005 foi editor de fotografia do jornal Universitário de Coimbra ACABRA até 2007 e fez parte de várias exposições colectivas. Fotojornalismo e Cultura são os seus temas preferidos apesar de se sentir confortável com qualquer outro.

I was born Rui Miguel Velindro Miranda Cardoso on the 17th of March 1981 in the city of Coimbra, where I still live, and am currently finishing my degree in History of the Art at the University of Coimbra. With a passion for fotography since very young, I took my first couse when I was 14 and have been attending worksops and other courses since then. From the year 2005 to the year 2007 i was the photography editor for the university newspaper ACABRA and was part of various exhibitions. Fotojournalism and Culture are my favourite fields, however I am quite confident with any other theme.
