Unlike most gyms, Velocity coaches are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, meaning they porbably worked with different college or professional sports teams. They love the enviroment of getting you excited and giving you goals they can help you achieve. Transferring that excitment and enthusiasm to the adult training sessions is what makes Velocity intense, fun and different than your typical health club; you get that feel of being pushed with a sense of accomplishment.

We also offer Adult Fitness classes. We have state of the art equipment, locker room and shower facilities for men and women, and certified trainers to get you the results you desire.
Television
With the small group size Velocity offers, you get more personal attention than you would in a group fitness class at a regular gym. These semi-private groups allow the coach to focus on you and ensure proper form and technique. The small group size also makes for a fun enviroment where you can get a great workout, catch up with friends, and meet new people.

About me: Velocity Sports Performance is a new approach to personal fitness. Instead of just working you out, we actually train you like a professional athlete to give you the lean, toned look of one. Leave the treadmill behind and come try a workout different from anything you have done before. Velocity Sports Performance is a unique state of the art 25,000 square foot facility with over 60 yards of football turf, sprint tracks, batting cage, golf station, basketball court, and complete strength training area.
Our coaches have trained and continue to train professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, and MLB. You will be training in the same facility and using the same equipment as the professional athletes.
Who I'd like to meet: We would like to meet athletes of all age and skill levels who would like to maximize their potential.
