| General | Reading (basically anything and everything), writing, gaming, movies, music (depends on my mood)...spending time with family and friends whenever I am able.
I like to do new things and until recently I had never been to the Space Needle and Mt. Rainier although I have lived here for three years now. I would love to experience more of the Seattle scene. Pioneer Square was a blast. | | Music | It definitely depends on my mood. It can range from classical to jazz to rock...back to something like Dean Martin or Frank Sinatra to country to showtunes to heavier stuff like Demon Hunter or Celldweller. I guess you could say I am pretty well rounded in that area. :)
Although! I cannot stand rap. Or cRAP, I like to call it. | | Movies | My favorite movie of all time is Monty Python and the Holy Grail. I could watch that movie every day and not get sick of it. I also love the Count of Monte Cristo and Garden State - two of my all time favorites. I am a huge movie person and don't really find many that I don't like - it happens, but not frequently. One movie that stands out in my head from about 10 years ago is Goblins 2. Terrible movie.

I have been known to walk out of a movie before, so if it doesn't have my attention within the first half hour I am usually gone. I just recently saw A Fish Called Wanda and thought it was hilarious. :) Obviously.

I just recently finished the Dragonlance War of Souls Trilogy and I started the Raistlin Chronicles Vol II, Brothers in Arms before I move on to the Lost Chronicles (and beat Bryan *snicker*).
I am a HUGE reader and when I am not slacking can usually blow through about four books per week. I've been slacking lately.
| | Heroes | I've never really filled this section out before but I don't want to leave it completely blank. Everyone in my family is a hero of mine in some way.
I guess I consider myself somewhat of a hero too - it feels like I've been through a lot in my life and considering I'm still a pretty optimistic person and not all emo that has to say something.

About me:
Hi, I'm Natalie! I finally stopped procrastinating and sat down to do a little MySpace cleanup on my profile, aren't you proud? I am. :)
Well, most of the people on my friends list know me in person and pretty much know everything about me. This is for those of you who do not.
I was born and raised in Meridian, Mississippi (Southern by the grace o' God, yes siree!) although now I currently live in Seattle, WA. I work in the aerospace industry as a Mechanical Engineer. I like to joke around with people and tell them not to fly any 777, 737 and 767 because I have worked on them...but I'll let my secret out and say it's completely safe. I am sure, however, that I did not need to tell you that. :p
Most of my family is back in MS and I don't get to see them very much which is a pretty difficult thing. My company has an office in Alabama though, so if things go as planned I might be moving closer to home sometime in the near future. It will be nice to spend more than once or twice a year with my family. I love y'all very much!
I used to be pretty heavy into music and theatre and, while I still love it, I do not get to participate in it much anymore. My own fault, of course. I gave it up for a more practical career. Maybe one day - in a perfect world - I can pick it back up again...at the very least as a hobby.
