VENGEANCE is a modern original guitar based rock band that has it's roots firmly planted in the soul of the metal classics. Blending technical guitar riffs with a driving backbeat and dynamic vocals VENGEANCE has created a unique sound that is tight and polished-raw.
The VENGEANCE crew come from a variety of musical backgrounds and have years of professional experience. Individually our members have had the opportunity to open for many well known national acts including JUDAS PRIEST, SEVENDUST, ALTER BRIDGE, LOUDNESS, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, BRET MICHAELS of POISON, POWERMAN 5000/CAGE9, BLUE OYSTER CULT, TESTAMENT, QUIET RIOT, POP EVIL, MR. BIG, SEBASTIAN BACH, DEE SNIDER, DIZZY REED of GUN'S 'N' ROSES, WASP, VINCE NEIL of MOTLEY CRUE, MOLLY HATCHET, DOKKEN, GEORGE LYNCH, TWISTED SISTER, LA GUNS and more to come... !
VENGEANCE was originally formed in late 2004 and quickly gained a local following in Connecticut by playing out any chance we got. In just a few months time we were proudly gracing some of the most legendary stages in the state. After spending most of 2007 working on our most ambitious and contagious original material yet we recently regrouped with two new members who are seasoned veterans of the Connecticut metal scene.
Combining our talents VENGEANCE has set the course to create a new, exciting and lyrically intense high-energy rock band that is sure to please even the most die hard metal fans out there !
