We Do Work As HOUSE PHOTOGRAPHERS, and I am happy to be working with some of the best most well organized venues in town. Although I will "Tease" you with some photos on my albums page, I encourage you to visit the links below to see what we REALLY do. From Each show we post over 125 photos, and we post them by noon the day AFTER the event. In that way, we are pretty unique in the local industry. (more panels below coming, I just wish I had 30 more hours in each day .. Larry)

My Name is Larry Garcia -- I started in Photography when I was in the 7th grade in school. My Father had some old darkroom gear from back in his college days and I quickly confiscated it and began doing my own developing.
When I was 15, I went to Boston on a family vacation, and we took a fishing "tour" with about 20 other people. I didn't fish, but I did take photos of the entire trip. There was a reporter from the Boston Globe and his wife on the trip with us, and he asked if he could see the photos. He had me come down to the paper, and their photo team developed and printed the images the next day. The photo editor was so impressed with the photos, they actually did a two page spread of "Fishing Life in Boston" for a summertime insert they were doing. The minute I saw that newspaper, I knew I was hooked for life, and although I have done other things along my journey as well. I have been shooting photos now for about 38 years.
Through my other website, DetroitCountryMusic.com, I rekindled the passion for photographing music that I had 20 years or so ago, and began shooting local country concerts.. This was to be the beginning of VenuPix, and I have a great array of talented photographers that work with me to provide local entertainment venues, fairs, festivals and corporate events some of what I think is the most unique service in the area... Who I'd like to meet: Doing what I do -- what we (The VenuPix Team) have done, has afforded me to meet more wonderful people than I could ever have imagined in my life. I have personally met photographed, or shook hands with THREE U.S. Presidents, I have met more of the Music and Entertainment industry than even MYSPACE would allow me to list, I have photographed the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament, Many local sports and beautiful images from 41 of the 50 States.
So, Who's Left... Only Tomorrow Will Tell.
