Vera Zero began his career with the single “This Face is Mine” which was released in the USA by the historic label Fraternity Records. The song received solid airplay on college radio stations nationwide as well as very positive reviews within the industry.
Last year, Vera Zero signed with Matchbox Recordings in the UK and released the anthemic song “I Bleed” on the compilation album “Advance”. Sold and distributed worldwide, the song received generous praise from the press and public who purchased the CD. The song was featured on the “Johnny Yeah” show on Kooba radio as well. “I Bleed” was voted number two on the Evolve3 unsigned music charts in the UK and a photo and a review in the NME (New Musical Express) capped off the year. Vera Zero’s brand new EP “War and Peace” was released worldwide through Matchbox Recordings in 2006. It was recorded at legendary Pachyderm studios in his home state of Minnesota.
