You may have noticed that Vermillion is made up of three different line ups doing many different styles of music. The core of Vermillion consists of brothers Keven and Mike Vermillion, sister Kathy Grosz-Vermillion, and niece Sonja Vermillion.
Vermillion Live is the lighthearted and entertaining group out of the three. Vermillion Live is exactly what its name says it is, live and off the cuff. Drawing on Kevens ever widening repertoire of cover songs and the fact that he writes songs whenever the mood hits him, alot of the times on stage, Mikes ability to follow him and Chris's tasty way of filling in the holes you get a request oriented musical experience that is in the moment.
Vermillion Acoustic is the vocal driven group of the three. With the tightly woven harmonies of Keven, Mike, Kathy and Sonja, acoustic guitars and special guest Rick Stoops on the fiddle you get a very polished musical sound that takes you on a journey of their favorite covers and originals with a Vermillion twist.
Vermillion Ampd is the electrified group of the three. With Keven on lead guitar, Mike on rythm guitar and Chris and Tony driving the rythm section you will get the Ampd feeling from the first song to the last. Add to this foursome Kathy and Sonja as special guests and you have an unstoppable powerhouse of musical talent. This is the group designed to get you out of your seat partying and that is exactly what people do.
