Food Of The Gods - Terrance McKenna, Sex Drugs And Violence In The Bible - Chris Bennett, The King Of Nepal - Joe Pietri, Guitar Army - John Sinclair, The Best Of Homegrown - Lee Harris, Pharmacotheon - Jonathan Ott, pretty much anything by Stephen King especially the Dark Tower series, Edgar Allen Poe ..........
About me: Hi folken, some of you may remember me from the Temple Street days of Liverpool's Planet-X run by Doreen Allen former door maiden at Eric's. In those days I could usually be found wearing a 'Nightmare On Elm Street 3' T-shirt and a lot of black leather and studs. I still have the flat top, and the leather jacket, and some of you may have run into me a gigs over the years. After trying and failing to get along in the straight world and picking up a BA Hrs in Cultural History & English Lit I turned my hand to providing literature to Merseyside Head Shops for a while until encouraged by others, I started writing indipendent gig reviews and tales of Amsterdam which the mainstream press are too scared to print, and so The Lair Of Viper. co.uk was concieved and executed. Is it a coincidence that the themes of The Lair bear resemblence to the themes and decor of Planet-X ? Maybe.
Who I'd like to meet: All those wonderful freaks like me that used to inhabit the murky depths of Planet-X.
