Veronica May has been playing piano for 20 years, percussion for 11 and guitar for 5. She grew up in a small town with big love. Her mom and dad played in a band in the 70's called "The Flatlanders". The music carried on through them and will forever.
Right now Veronica is changing the way she plays. Her Melody/Percussion is a sound all her own. If her fingers aren't bleeding by the end of the show, she didn't give you everything she had.
Flawles Review:
When you are in the business of writing reviews and recommendations, it’s great to have the opportunity to bring great art and expression to your audience - those who honor you with their viewing. It is our FlawLes pleasure to introduce to you (just in case you haven’t been paying attention), Veronica May. Not only a great person, she is a wonderful musician whose modesty is unable to mask her obvious gift of music. Veronica May has a talent for warm but edgy vocals that support her provocative and confident lyricism. You can hear her in some of the most intimate settings throughout San Diego that allow comfort on so many levels – all of which we propose to be the most suitable environment to exhibit her personal candor and artistic performance. If you are unable to catch a Veronica May performance soon, you will be disappointing your calendar.
Sandpaper Song
Do the thing that you do! (I love that song! And you do it so well...) Thanks for playing for us last night at AVA. It was quite an intimate performance and we really enjoyed it. ;) Judy
No entendre "entended," but you were great last night! I'll be in NYC next week, and I'll try to come see you then (although with meeting my girl's parents for the first time, it's hard to say if I'll be able to get away!).

It will be lovely to see you in CO soon. You and your band always have a place to crash if you need it. Looking forward to hearing your amazing sound my dear.
Veronica- you and your To Do List were in rare form last night. Not only were you stunning in that black dress and new hair-do, but you rocked out, or should i say, jazzed out the joint. Congratulations on winning Rock Star San Diego. Your creativity never ceases to amaze me. Have fun on your tour, and I'll see you at the Songwriter Finale, and I'll see you at Band Boot Camp with my band in November.
