About Uprise Fest (formerly Vertical Fest)

Uprise Festival (formerly Vertical Festival) is held yearly at the Shippensburg Fair Grounds in Shippensburg, PA 17257

This year the Festival date has been moved forward to Saturday, August 1st, 2009 and we are excited, not only about the headlining bands, but about all the subtle changes that will make this year's event the best yet!

Uprise Festival is a non-profit organization that was created six years ago, in 2004 to reach people in the local area through music. We are so excited about the festival this year on Saturday, August 1, 2009 at the Shippensburg Fairgrounds, Shippensburg, Pa.

We anticipate it being the biggest and best festival to date with tons of artists, activities, food, merch, fun and so much more! We hope to see you there. Be sure to check out our entire website for more information about the festival!

Raising the bar on reaching outside of the four walls of the local church, TWX often plays at biker rallies, music venues and local nightclubs.
