On Oct 5th, 2007 my life changed forever. I was traveling home on my gsxr 1k and as I exited a corner 2 miles from my home I struck a Chevy Lumina in my lane. I spent 2 weeks in ICU with bleeding on the brain. My femur snapped in a couple places and was also hanging out of my leg, they fixed that with a large titatnium rod. I broke a handful of ribs, my collar bone(which didn't hurt at all compared to my other breaks) i fractured a part of my skull and had a large cut on my forearm that was down to the muscle. My left foot was severed at the accident scene, I lost my left leg to just below my knee I am currently home and out of the hospital, I came home on November 15th, which isn't too bad considering my injuries. I will bounce back from this and I will compete in 2008, without a doubt in my mind. This has been hard for myself and my family but we have had a ton of support of which I am so thankful for, Thankyou! On May 1st 2008 I performed for the last Moto GP round to be held in Shanghai, China. I also performed at Tianma circuit that weekend at a local race event. In August, myself and Tony L were hired to perform for Ferrari in Zhuahai City, China for very elite Ferrari owners and dealers! Help Ryan S. I am a professional motorcycle stunt rider. In 2006 I performed in China 4 different times and actually spent 3 months of my summer living in Shanghai. In 2007 I traveled to China again to perform at Moto GP. I was also fortunate enough to get an opportunity to travel to Indonesia to perform on a 2005 636 as well. Whenever I travel to Asia I never have to work on my own bike, which is something I really enjoy as I am my own mechanic here. I can take apart my bike and put it back together from top to bottom, but it's really nice having your own mechanics working on your bike and being able to focus just on riding. I enjoy stunt riding and I really like being able to see some of the world through my stunt riding. I live cheap, I'm a stunt rider, which means we are always living on nickles and dimes but I wouldn't trade it for the world. When I'm not riding I really enjoy hunting and fishing.
