عادل بريان	Feb 3 2009 3:31 AM I am SO SO glad you guys exist! When I go there its always the highlight of my week. And it's starting to do wonders for my strength. Last time I was there I climbed the really hard back side of the middle wall and actually made it over the top. I couldn't do that before! The slogan there should be: Vertical Ventures, good for body AND the spirit. :-)
