VESELOVSKY is a Polish rock band, residing and performing in Chicago, Illinois. Its debut album, “TAK PO PROSTU”, released in 2003 has stirred quite an interest not only among the Polish community in the U.S., but also back in Poland. Songs from that album have been played at over 60 radio stations across Poland, U.S., Germany, Canada, and Australia. The albums single, “NIE MAM JUZ SILY” captured number one spot on many of the radio stations charts. VESELOVSKY supported several of Poland’s top artists including KULT, DZEM, MYSLOVITZ, MAANAM, T.LOVE, KAZIK Na ZYWO, and many more. The band has won the prestigious Polish-American POLONUSY award, in the category of Artist of the Year 2003.
Now the time has come to introduce new material to the audience. VESELOVSKY has currently recorded eleven new tracks for its second album, which is scheduled to be released in 2008. In addition to the ten tracks, the album will also feature one cover of a song by the legendary Polish band Breakout "Oni zaraz przyjda tu", and two remixes of songs released on the first album. With the help of award winning director and cameraman Mikael Kreuziegler and Vanessa Newell, the band shot a music video for the song "MUR" that's being shown on television networks in Poland and U.S.
With the release of the album and the music videos VESELOVSKY hopes to attract quite a bit of media attention. The months following the release will be spent playing concerts and promoting the album.
