I love my band! They always turn up for rehearsals; they don't consume large amounts of alcohol; they always follow commands; they don't whinge if I make mistakes, and they offer lots of inspirational sounds. Subtractor on bass
Maelstrom on lead -Redrum on beats - The combinator - Spiders. Me and my band!
Influences
I guess it all started when my father took me to watch Supertramp perform in London. As a 13 year old kid I was awestruck. Being a mere 19 years older than me, my father ( A Beatles fan) had already introduced me to Queen - A night at the Opera was my first album - and Genesis among others. I was soon going to concerts regularly. Over the next year or so I was taken to see ELO, Elton John and even Pink Floyd perform the Wall in London, and others. In my mid teens I was old enough to venture up to London town by myself or with friends and see countless acts. It was probably a good thing I wasn't with dad, for many reasons but, mainly because my own musical tastes were starting to develop. I morphed through heavy metal for a few years, but then turned my attention to the New- romantics in the early 80s. The likes of Japan, D Mode, Blancmange and Erasure remained anchored on my record player then. Somewhere during this time I bought my first synth – the now mightily famous SH 101. Cure, New Order, the Cult, Bauhaus brought a new style of Indie to my senses - too many to mention but The The, Carter USM, Sugarcubes, Waterboys, Killing Joke, Bjork, Cocteau twins, 4AD spring to mind. Chime by Orbital was the first "Techno" record I bought and it wasn't long until there was a whole new world of music to discover. The Brown Album remains close to my heart. I think I have gone through just about all Electronic genres at one time or another but I have really enjoyed following the career of William Orbit and also enjoy NIghtmares on Wax. CJ Bolland BT Cosmic Baby Air to name a few. I discovered Brian Eno music about 5 years ago and finally became more familiar with classical pieces- I realize I am partial to a bit of Chopin or Debussy. More recently I have been listening to BOC and Sigor Ros. One artist that has stayed with me throughout though has been Kate Bush. To say she strikes a chord with me is an understatement. It is a fantastic journey that I only see becoming more intricate and fascinating.
Sounds Like
A bit schitzo!
Could sound like Prince eating a Daft Punk sandwich, then again could even sound like Mike Oldfield or Pink Floyd fighting with Underworld. OooH - I try to be versatile. Why not?

I am available for LIVE BOOKINGS! Clubs : I play a set of positive, groovy Electro house – or so it seems. Please check out the Live tune in my player – Anything that Moves. Live Venues : I have been playing numerous live venues. Depending on the vibe, I will often play a selection of Lounge, Dubby funky Trip Hop that I call Funktronica –. Hi, Viba Everything well? I’m here with a new about my work. It’s the releasing of a remix I produced this summer for Future Shock Records. The track is featured by the female singer Birgit (an incredible voice, for my taste) and it has been a great honour for me to get the chance to work with this Estonian singer. In this case I’m presenting commercial dance music, not trance or electro-trance so I guess it’s an easy listening. Anyway, you have the right word. If you are interested in getting this remix for radio shows or whatever, please, don’t hesitate to contact me. Kind regards and much respect from me.
Helo, Viba I’m just stopping by to promote a new house remix featured by Dahveed, a really cool male singer from Illinois (USA). The track is called ‘Give It To The World’ and it’s a mixture between house music and my usual trance style. We are handing out promos for djs, radios, etc (if you are interested, of course). New productions will be coming soon… Please, keep me updated about all your news and releases too. Many thanks for your attention and reading Iris :)
Helo, Viba I’m stopping by to keep you updated about all the news available at myspace. The first change is my new remix of the UK producers Mac & Taylor, supported by Judge Jules and other important djs. ‘Darkness’, my new track that will be released soon by Bonzai Music has been improved aswel (it needed it for sure!). There’s a new dj-session made for the Bonzai label too and a new design (this is just a short tip but maybe it’s interesting to say aswel). Whatever feedback about whatever of these points will be really welcome, of course. Things are being updated slowly but trying to do the best. Let’s keep in touch and keep me updated about you aswel, please.
Check it out! I wrote a free book on music production! It's for total beginners, but if you aren't new to music production, maybe you'll still learn something... at least you can send it to your friends who always want to ask you a billion questions about music production! It's totally free too; my goal with this is to accumulate as many BFF's as possible.

Helo, Viba ! I hope everything’s going well. I’m stopping by to present my new remix of the storming tune ‘Dusk Till Dirt’, made by the UK duo Mac & Taylor (www. myspace. com/macandtaylor) Honestly, I think their original version is much better than my work but, as I always say, this is just a matter of taste. Their track is a hard trance master piece (in my opinion). Mine is a melodic one. If you have the chance to visit myspace, please, remember I keep on looking for votes for thedjlist (I’m registered as IRIS DEE JAY). If, after taking a listen, you think a deserve your support, it will be really welcome. Please, don’t hesitate to contact me if I can help u in some way too.
