Hakkımda: Vibe Bar opened in 1995, and was one of the first bars in the Shoreditch & Brick Lane area. Originally the site was The Old Truman Brewery, and was developed in the late 90’s as a multimedia/arts and design office centre. As part of East London’s regeneration Brick Lane has spearheaded the renaissance of E1; fanatical about cutting edge activity, Vibe Bar has always scheduled off the wall innovative work. Combining a rich mix of Performance, Live Music, DJs, Film, and AV technology, Vibe has created a platform for new talent from all areas of the creative arts in the Shoreditch / Brick Lane locality.
Vibe also hosts an outdoor live stage once a year as part of the Brick Lane Festival; held on the second Sunday of September, the Festival is now firmly established on the London calendar of events attracting over 50,000 people who come to enjoy the rich mix of culture, history, live music and food.

Velocity are a ground-breaking acoustic rock trio hailing from East London. Formed three years ago following a chance encounter of Vocalist/Guitarist Phil and Bassist Jaz, they soon recruited Drummer JD and set about crafting their sound.Over this time they've been extremely busy both writing and playing gigs in many of London’s popular venues such as The Dublin Castle, The Vibe Bar, and The Storm, where they are invariably invited back for repeat performances.
Their sound combines vigourous, cutting drum beats with funky, intricate bass and powerfully eloquent vocal textures. This is an unusually robust acoustic experience that showcases fluid-and often improvisatory-musicianship. Subject matter predominantly takes the role of the informed observer, drawing attention to the subtle intricacies of the world and demonstrating a definite integrity in all reflections. Their performances consistently become all-encompassing events, sweeping the crowd along with their own special brand of infectious grooves, compelling melody and witty banter. Intersperced with beat-box funk breakdowns and throw-away acapella musings, Velocity eminate a veritable confidence in their music and regularly inspire a genuine good atmosphere
