This site was first established on April 30th 2008. But the name, now that's something that took a precious amount of time and thinking. But it was all worth it. Vicineli...what does it mean? Well...the owners of this site: Vi, Cindy, and Elizabeth created this name. Looking at those names, it should be simple to figure out where that came from. Basically this is a layout site, but we will also include other goodies as well. So please check them out, and feel free to use them if you like. But remember please read our rules and follow every single one of them. That would be very much appreciated! We are still a new site, and of course has been established not too long ago. But, that does not mean we are new at this type of work. Our work is created with our own talent, and surely if you take your time to take a look, surely you shall appreciate the art in them, just as we do. Thank you for your time! :D
