General
Volunteering. Casual gatherings of friends around a fire or a good movie. Halo parties. Up for most anything actually.
Music
rock, techno, classic jazz, Frank, etc. Bits of everything but not most rap, hip hop, or country.
Movies
Work at blockbuster, so, everything. Generally dissapointed in horror films.
Television
Battlestar Galactica, Rome (and other HBO and SciFi shows), Dead Like Me, Attack of the Show, M*A*S*H, some others but generally don't have time to watch too much television.
Books
Science Fiction (own like 120 Star Wars EU novels), Samurai fiction, some alternate history, select others mostly introduced by the people I meet.
Heroes
Captain America, Batman, etc. (lol grew up with fictional role models) People with iron wills and unwaivering resolve.
About me: I'm 20 years old. College student in Michigan. Majoring in business (marketing and advertising). Work at Blockbuster. 6'1" roughly 235lbs and muscular. Like to dress nice (semi-formal) and take a lot of teasing from my friends about it. Outgoing and well known in a lot of different circles throughout Grand Rapids. Have plenty of friends but never too many. Halo nut (and good to boot). Like to volunteer at various events, JAFAX security, Halloween alternative for kids at a local church, frequent charity event's with the 501st legion (look it up), various others (have fun being involved and giving back). Open-minded about most things but baptist-republican-conservative in most of my general views. Witty (and modest about it lol). Lastly, and maybe most important, old-fashioned and a hopeless romantic (don't laugh).
Who I'd like to meet: Charming, like minded people with similar interests yet varied personalities and talents to broaden my horizons.
