    REQUESTING YOUR ASSISTANCE AND/OR AMICUS BRIEF TO GET TEXAS SUPREME COURT CASE NO. 09-0702 HEARD.

    My son is highly-likely being brain damaged for Federal funding by the state & his mother under color of law (No. 2000-27121) Texas Attorney General's perfect solution for government abuse with lawsuit reform – victimize and dispose under color of law! Tort to make them look like a bad parent - Family Judge takes them away.
    TXAG Abbot (ex B&G) , SISD backed by B&G refer to it as a 'protocol'. Comcast confirmed law enforcement had access to my internet work, they are deleting every comment I've placed these past 2 hrs informing everyone about this case.

    Since filing our emergency pleading including a Writ of Habeas Corpus for Nicholas on Sep 01 in the U.S. Supreme Court, we've been awaiting a response while torts and damages compound.
