Victoria was born in Anderson, SC. Her birth mother gave her up for adoption soon after birth and she was raised by her paternal grandparents in Fayetteville, NC. As a child, Victoria would burst out into song or dance at any given chance. She was involved in regional theater and show choir, and entered every talent show or event that was possible. In high school she was selected into the Smith 16, a show choir that traveled throughout the east coast entertaining and winning many competitions. She was encouraged early by her music teacher, Sharon McNair, to pursue a career in entertainment. She said "she was a standout at every performance" and "she had that extra something that most entertainers would kill for.” The first night she ever went to a gay bar there was a drag show. She realized at that moment that female impersonation was for her. Victoria has worked on cast at many of the greatest drag shows in the country:“Legends Raleigh, NC,” “The Connection Louisville KY,” and “The Chute Nashville TN.” She has also traveled the country entertaining the masses. She has entertained in over 35 states and has been lucky enough to capture the title of almost 100 pageants, including four national titles. Victoria has appeared on "Life’s a Drag", "My Life is a Sitcom", "Extra" and recently appeared on "Rupaul's Drag Race", which airs February 2nd on LOGO. Victoria was also featured in the movies "Trantasia" and "Pageant". Since moving back home to NC, Victoria has captured the title of Miss North Carolina FFI, Miss Legends and Miss North Carolina America.

REVIEWS ON VICTORIA
"WAIT till you see Victoria Parker onstage, shaking her booty in a short baby-blue dress. Just be aware that Victoria is really a guy named Victor Bowling (a k a Porkchop)".
"Victor/Victoria is one of the drag queens in the documentary "Pageant," which goes backstage at the 34th edition of the glitzy Miss Gay America contest in Memphis."
As reported in the NY Post - December 26, 2008
The Other White Meat
As one of the subjects of the documentary about the drag pageant circuit, Pageant, opening in select theaters, and one of the contestants on RuPaul's Drag Race, premiering next month on Logo, Victoria "Porkchop" Parker may not look or act like your typical female impersonator, but make no mistake, she is one of the best.

Pageant follows the preparations of the glittery contenders for the Miss Gay America tiara. The directors wisely ignore bitchy infighting, focusing instead on the Miss Congeniality community, whose personalities shine brighter than a rhinestone nestled in sweaty, duct-taped cleavage. One such jewel is Victoria “Porkchop” Parker, a plus-size vamp from Nashville who oozes life.
By Anna King as reported on Time Out New York for TimeOut.com
Supported by family, friends and leopard-print stilettos, the hopefuls primp and tuck and rehearse their routines en route to the 34th competition in Memphis. The location inspires one contestant to call for a moment of silence for the victims of Hurricane Katrina, but for the most part the festivities are more in line with the pantomime by a plus-size diva (“Call me Pork Chop — everybody does!”) to an inevitable round of “And I Am Telling You.” Dream, girl, dream.
