David Helfant previously held the title of Vice President of Business and Legal affairs at the Music division of Paramount Pictures. He coordinates all of the negotiations for the use of music in motion pictures for Paramount, MTV Films, and Nickelodeon Films.

Victoria worked with Legendary Rock Producer KEITH OLSEN for eight and a half years as his Assistant and Manager of GoodNight LA Studios in Los Angeles.
In 1991, Victoria trained under Del Furano at Winterland Merchandising™. She did research on upcoming bands for merchandising deals, attending meetings with Mr. Del Furana with Winterland artists to help sign new bands. From 1989-1993 she worked with Tom Hulett & Associates™ and Concerts West™ as an Assistant to the President and CEO Tom Hulett. She was responsible for liaisons with Tom Hulett and all touring artists. Her activities involved working on recording projects, touring, contractual obligations, and coordination of all upcoming tours.

In 1994, Victoria Seeger was hired to work as the assistant to Michael Lippman at Lippman Entertainment™. She handled all the duties of an executive assistant whilst Lynne Kirkwood was on maternity leave. In addition to being an assistant, Victoria was in the band Doubletake with Tane Cain (McClure). They were managed by Bud Prager at ESP, Inc.™ and signed by Jerry Greenberg to WTG/CBS Records™. Her first band was Victoria Cross, which included Gordon Copley of Black Sabbath and Lita Ford, Jennifer Blakeman, Danielle Kerns, and Stevie's background singers.

Victoria Seeger was instrumental in bringing Giant, Dann Huff's band, to Bud Prager who signed the band to A & M™ in 1989. She also brought Shane Minor, who presently holds two top hits on the 2008 country charts.Victoria currently works with Artist Shane Minor, Country's Greatest Artist/Singer/Songwriter. She is a patron of Chernobyl, which she has created a new site for in association with Jessica Gabriel. She is the sole owner of Victoria Seeger & Associates, Inc. and has appeared in rock videos for Lion, Badlands, Danny Johnson, Jay Schellen, Kip Winger, Fiona Flanagan.
