I'm a musician... I enjoy many types of music from Jazz, Brazillian, Clasical, Contemporary Gospel to Soca, Calypso, Reggae, Hip Hop, and Neo Soul. I play the steel pan. Low C Lead pan to be specific. I have done this professionally since age 16 and I have been blessed to travel to many diferent countries to perform. I currently run a community arts program in Porsmouth, VA called the Urban Arts Center or UAC. Here I also instruct the Urban Arts ensemble steel drum band, teach private lessons, and perform as a solo and freelance musician. I am interested in expanding my knowledge of music theory - both classical and jazz. I'm married to the most beautiful woman (physicaly and mentally) in the universe. Please add me as a friend if you know me personally, if you enjoy my music, or if you think I will enjoy yours. Thank you for visiting my page. Please enjoy your stay!

Vic, What's the deal?! Ay all is well on my end. Just enjoying the beauty of a new life. Many it changes the whole scope of things. If I could sum it up in a word, it would be "Overjoyed." How is all on your end? See you doing it big "Pan Man" that is what's up. Ay keep up all that you are doing and big props to your good brother. Peace to you and your family.
Thanks Victor, something made me search for Gary today and I came across your site. He is a very good friend of my Dad and I was reflecting back to the time when he was trying to get me to play "Autumn Leaves" and just how jazz is a whole other concept when you've learned classical. It was like flogging the dead. Gary is a brilliant musician and so are you...you're all over that pan. I'm going to show my Dad tomorrow he'll love it. Nice to meet you.
