OMG! Your Night-Before-Hallowe'en show was awesome! I think I'm still recovering! For those of you who weren't there, SHAME on you! These guys are so together and tight, they can probably play just about anything. Their 90's set last weekend was stellar....if the music had sounded that good in the 90's, I might have actually liked some of it back then! The Smokes simply blew away all those other bands. Way to go, guys! We'll definitely be at the next one!
Hey guys, I was just wondering if you have any shows coming up and if you need an opening band? I'm playing in a experimental indie group with a new missoula musician Logan Dachtler (from Grand Forks North Dakota). He has a amazing style of electric guitar tapping accompanied with mad acoustic skills. Thus, Logan and I will be playing experimental/dance/indie as well as folk. Wow, you guys...I mean... just...Wow. For those few of you who did NOT see the Smokes last night, may you live out the rest of your lives in regret! Our intrepid young heroes really poured on the sauce last night, with new songs, TIGHT changes and a proffessional sound. Can't wait for the next album/cd. Hurry up and get yer butts in the studio, guys, just don't burn it down!
