Formed in the summer of 2003, when guitarist Al Holloway over-heard Rich singing whilst tiling his mum's kitchen floor! After the break-up of Al's band at that time, the quest for the whereabouts of the 'singing tiler' was launched!
3 months later, Rich had joined the band, and Vida was born!
Rich was one of the finalists of tv's 'Fame Academy' in 2003, and has been writing and fronting bands for years, after spending 7yrs as a drummer in several bands...
The debut album "It's All Fun and Games 'Til..." is out now containing songs ranging from full on raspy rockers like 'Sweet Marie' and 'The Light' to beautifully crafted piano based songs 'Everyday' to even, what seems to be folk rock on 'Stolen'.
