Often the Divinity was perceived as Creator, giver of Life and also as the Protector. The Goddess herself was a Dancer who celebrated the cycles of Life through her Art...
Shunyam Vidhi Bogdanovska is an International Performing Artist, Dancer, Choreographer, Musician. Since early age she studied classical music and dance, graduating in the piano and composition at the Conservatory in Kharkov and in the choreography at the Dance Academy in Riga.
Vidhi's life long love for dance, music and Oriental culture has prompted her to explore different forms of world dances such as, Oriental Belly Dance, Tribal Dance, Indian Kathak Dance, Flamenco, Gypsy Dances, Sufi Whirling, Gurdjieff Dance and other ancient and modern dances, inspirated on the path of the old Silk Road. This background has given Vidhi a style that is uniquely her approach, where the joy and love join together with the intensity and devotion.
On 1995 in Italy Vidhi founded the School of Oriental Dance in which she collects experience of Oriental Multiethnic Dances, folk and sacred with a new way to define artistic forms in the respect of the traditional culture.
Vidhi has directed, choreographed and performed various Theatre–Dance Shows like
“ MUSIC AND DANCE OF LIVING TEMPLES”, “CALL OF THE ORIENT”, “MYSTICAL GARDEN”, “DANCING SOUL”, “SACRED AND TRIBAL”, “DANCE, MUSIC AND POETRY OF THE MAGICAL ORIENT”, “THE DESERT AND THE COURT”, “DANCING THE TIME”.
Vidhi is presently Director, Artistic Consultant, Composer, Choreographer of the Indian Company “LIVING ARTS Pvt. Ltd”
