Vieve Rose has found a place where rock ‘n’ roll and electro-pop intersect creating an emotionally driven performance that will capture you with its style, elegance and sultry poeticism. Along for the adventure is her fedora sporting sidekick, MJ79, who assists in making the stage into a smoky electronic playground with high energy beats and lush, dreamy synthesizer sounds. The duo have forsaken their hard rock roots for a few keyboards, a MAC, electronic drum pads and some effects pedals, designing a show as compact in style as it is in instruments. Most recently Vieve Rose, featuring MJ79, has been establishing a foothold in her hometown, Portland, Oregon performing at local favorites such as the Ash Street Saloon and the Hawthorne Theatre.
