I OWN THINGS, like Vigilantics clothing, a manuscript to change the world, and a blueprint for how foolish I am. I HAVE THINGS, like an Itch under my left knee, an old scar on my cheek from getting hung on a pot hook, a kickboxing title, more street credentials than all you punx put together, only sympathy for the devil, a good left hook, a strong drinking hand, an insatiable love for the ladies, two left feet, and about five hits left.
I WENT OUT, into the world to see if the people I didn't know were as amazing as the ones I did. I FOCUSED ON things I wanted to happen, in total expectation. I BURNED THE same bridge three times and then floated across the ocean on one of the smoldering logs. I SOUGHT OUT adventure and new stories when I got sick of telling my old ones. I MET mermaids who claimed that they were astronauts and dated women who were just stars exploding. I SUMMONED angels in the name of death and made ties that will never be broken. I WENT under when I should have gone over and said things that I should have just thought about. I MADE IT out alive without being sterilized, standardized, or lobotomized. I FORGOT what I was talking about and decided that it didnt matter.
