About me: WELCOME! VELKOMMEN! BIEN VENUE! BIEN VENITO! TANISI! TAWOW! CIAD MILE FAILTE!
"Viking Forests" symbolizes the wilderness of contemporary challenge which humanity faces today and in which we, like the vikings of olde, must be prepared to explore fearlessly, creatively, and with purpose, working towards a brighter future for all who share this Earth... and like the First Peoples of the earth, seek to understand and live WITH the land, honoring and celebrating the Earth and its inhabitants...
Hear OUR music,
Of Land, Sea, and Sky -
Yes! hear it ROAR!
Feel it tremble, whisper, sigh,
And then OUT it will pour!
Notes that cascade
Like waterfall to river flow...
Bearing our melodies to ocean depths as they go,
And then,
Deep and low,
Building from the heart of the Earth -
Our voices will raise
As vapour, rebirth
shining forth in a rainbow of all colors
up through the skies,
Where under ONE Sun -
The whole universe may realize...
We are ALL people
And together, can be ONE...
Sharing our music, our stories
UNDER ONE SUN!

Our past, our present, and our future are carved by the land upon which we live - and upon that land, we also make our own mark as we walk along our life's path.
Awareness of our place, our space, and our need for this land helps us connect our sense of purpose, our lives...to our nature, human and otherwise.
Who we are and where we are going is felt through the heartbeat of generations - shown in our words, our music, our dance, our soul's song, and - our ecological footprint.
THROUGH OUR ARTS AND SCIENCE, we reveal the regions of our world which join together to form what we know as our Earth, our home...and through this knowledge and sharing, MAY WE WORK TOGETHER FOR ITS PROTECTION!
Please - Enjoy the photos, poetry, music, and connections you may find as you visit "my space" in the Viking Forest!
Velkommen! Bien Venue! Tanisi! Welcome!
Best Wishes, Warm Blessings to you and yours, and please stop by again soon!
A peek into the world of our souls... enjoy! Thank you to Painted Raven for sharing this amazing gift
Who I'd like to meet: As a flutist with the Native American Style Flute, I enjoy sharing the heart and soul of songs of the land and nature with others... I appreciate networking with musicians, artists, writers, photographers, poets, dancers, educators, researchers... who also enjoy nature and our world's cultures.
Please join together in sharing, creating and performing heritage/contemporary, healing music, folk, metal, and classical music, theatre, poetry and stories, so that we may communicate, share, and express our celebration of life online, or maybe through performances for communities and schools!
Enjoy the music... here on my profile, featuring several dynamic flute performers, and a connection to the wonder of Ireland's "Celtic Thunder"!
Time goes by so fast. People come and go, in and out of or lives. You must never miss the opportunity to tell these people how much they mean to you. Thanks for being my Friend! Happy 4th of July weekend!
I dreamed I was a butterfly I felt free going from flower to flower, drifting on a warm midday breeze, delighting with nature's beauty in its splendor.
Suddelny I woke up and realized that I was really Chuang Tzu.
Now I ask myself, was it me who dreamed I was a butterfly or was it that the butterfly was dreaming of me? (Oriental tale)
Happy each second, whole, each one of them, all.
Beyond the limits, beyond what ends, what begins, from mind's sight that sets boundaries on time.
Some days ago, I heard a narrative which got me with a lot of strength ….. At the beginning of the century, in U.S.A ., an Indian chief is invited to take place in a train for the inauguration of a new railroad which crosses a very long route ….. Dices the first kilometres, he asks that the train is stopped to come down ….. Then he sits down in the edges of rails ….. Several hours later, we come to ask him for what he makes ….. In it he answers that he waits that his spirit finds him because even with horses, we do not go so fast on such a distance …..
