Alun (born in England, raised in Wales) and Leon (born in Wales, raised in England) met when they were 16. They're a little bit older than that now. After spells living on the isolated islands of Iceland (Alun) and New Zealand (Leon) they decided to return to Albion and play some folk music. Vile Bodies are loud.
How's it going? There is a free track available for you at the moment on our myspace page. Just click the FREE DOWNLOAD box at the top of the page and enter a valid email to download the tune. How cool is that!

A night of messed-up Rock ‘n’ Roll featuring
Cambridgeshire’s LONG BONE TRIO with their dark twisted fusion of Rockabilly
and Garage sounds. BEAST WITH A GUN escape the heady delights of Great Yarmouth
to inflict their 60s influenced strain of Garage-Punk on the innocent folk of
Cambridge, along with Worcester’s THE DISSOLUTES, who are guaranteed to shake
the place up with their Lo-Fi Junk-Punk rock ’n’ roll!!!
Thanks VBs! It was good all round... one of those nights that seems to have its own navigatory course towards good vibes, or something. I hope our paths cross again in real time, but I'll be in touch...
