Well, what can I say I used to listen to music in my parents car outside their house for hours in the 80's as a teenager. Anything from Genesis to that album with the yellowy shapes on the front is my a favourite of mine and ELO's greatest hits was another favourite.
I fell in love with music and it used to drive me wild then and even more so now in an emotional way. I didn't know I could write lyrics, sing and play for years until When I moved to London in 1996 I became an Actor, enjoyed performing a bit, but always met people involved with music. The penny didn't drop until I saw a friend of mine and told her after 5 years of Acting I didn't enjoy it anymore and my real passion was music. So she said well why don't you just go for it? So I answered an ad in Loot lyric writer wanted to collaborate with a composer.
Then I met Carole, this lovely lady from South London, who trained me in the art of writing lyrics.
Then 18 months later I moved up to Manchester .
I practiced on my out of tune guitar for maybe two months in the basemount. I had written some lyrics about May Bank Holiday or Easter in Dorset.
I met Aminder in our profile photo in January 2008, the super chap with the scarf on his head. He is a musician/producer and singer. So I said to Aminder I was ready to record something. So one night in Sept this year he played the guitar bits on this track. I sang and wrote the lyrics and chose the guitar chords. We recorded the track and there it is on our profile page.
Since then Aminder has remainded a great adviser to the way I create music.

People of Manchester – we’re playing the delightful, Moho Live on Thursday 21st May. Their will be jugglers, taxidermy, colouring in, advanced sock puppetry…In fairness probably just music – but we may pull a few shapes! So get down! X
unfortunately i have parted ways with ten pin on account of them being facist, hollow bastards. However i'm still up for meeting up for some music so let me know when you are available.
sadly hominid revolution are fragmented at the moment to such an extent that their combined musical spirits can not opearate in unison. a comeback will be on the cards some day.
