CURRENT ISSUE
Going back a few years, I was a memeber of the Freuds, a sloshed up punk rock band from Budds Beach, Gold Coast, I played bass or atleast thats what they told me....We had a couple of guys from the legendary Gold Coast band Vicious, Shane Hell Passage on Guitar & the Don on Drums & Boots. There's a live recording floating around that I still need to get and release. We had a few shows, that I barely remember, our first show at the Beergarden was quite packed and I managed to throw my bass into the crowd thinking we had finished the set and stormed off to get more beer but Grub (throats) came running after me, saying we still had 2 more songs....oh well....encore I guess.
We broke up and then some how managed to pull of a "Hometown Heroes" show and then officially called it quits, I think we did a 2 song thing at some house party too. But as they say all things must come to an end BUT seriously we were too damned good for that place and thought we better let some other bands have their 15 minutes.

Was talkin to mark about it, he loved the coast gig, they didn't know what to make of the venue when they first got there but they reckon it turned out to be a blast. the accoustic gig was a pisser. after the solo sets, blag, nick and mark did an accoustic dwarves request show. their fast punk stuff sounds hilarious like that, the lyrics come across really clear and perverted. as it was a requests set they did a lot off blood guts and pussy.
Did you make it to the dwarves show up there. they were fkn good down here, good turnout too. pity hewhocannotbenamed didn't make it. went to the blag and nick accoustic gig in gellong last night - blag was a fucken pisser
