Growing up music was an eclectic mix of 70's/80s pop and disco with a bit of Seekers thrown in on a sunday morning on the stereogram after watching Bagpuss.

More recently ... I was described as "Alan Bennett on crack to a score by Chas and Dave" ! ... like it!!.....but i'll leave it up to you to decide who (or what) I may sound like...
I started playing the ol'd pianna and writing songs just a couple of years ago. I think I'm doing OK, considering. Its an ongoing project to record the songs I write which are about real things, happenings and people i know or have met...snapshots of my life from birth to now really.
This year I started doing some live gigs in proper music venues with Adam Brown who provides great backing vocals, cornet and moral support.
Thanks to Judie Tzuke who is an inspiration, who's music chronicles my life and who let me cover her song "Bring the Rain".

been watching as much of the "Welcome to the Tzuke" gig as I could on-line. Great show - some fabulous singers and terrific interpretations made for a top class evening.

love the new new version of "Falling Man" (many congratulations to Mr Lacey) but now I'm torn: do I prefer the original rock-y version or the majestic new string version?
