Vintage Tone
Biography
Vintage Tone was founded on a few key concepts. First, they wanted to create popular music that they could be proud of and that people would want to listen to. Secondly, they wanted to make sure that their music reached everyone who wanted to hear it. And finally, they all agreed that music was their purpose, and as such they should strive to take it as far as they could.
The five piece ensemble took root in Charleston, WV where founding members Nique Stamper, Jim Dandy, and Rob Walker were all working side by side at a Ticketmaster call center. Nique and Jim hooked up with a few others around the office and called themselves Vintage Tone. The band has since encountered some changes to the lineup – and with the addition of Rob Walker, Billy Rocks, and J. Cole, the band is complete, and ready to take on the world – or at least a small part of it.
Their music, and live show have been described as passionate, powerful, and energetic – and they wouldn't have it any other way. On a stage is truly where Vintage Tone belongs. They build all of their songs with a strong effort towards being unique and interesting – a fact that will undoubtedly show through in their upcoming release “Deadly Encounter”.
Influences
Our influences are vast and they strangely span many genres. At best this will be a feeble attempt to list them all, but here goes. Our influences include;
My Chemical Romance, Nirvana, Bayside, Alkaline Trio, Greenday, AC/DC, Blink 182, Foo Fighters, Dashboard Confessional, Queen, Radiohead, Superdrag, Weezer and more.

Nique
Nique started up this gig with Jim Dandy. He brings his scripture to the world in song, and buys a new shirt before every show.
Jim
Jim Dandy plays lots the guitars. He looks heavy set, but he can run 32 kilometers per hour.
Billy Rocks
Billy Rocks joined the band shortly after it began. With his flowing locks, he will bring down the house.
Rob
Rob is the cook of the band. Taking sugar and spices and everything nices to help bake a cake. So eat up. Bitches.
J. Cole
J Cole Wood joined in on bass later in the band days. He is a fan of movies and music. He will succeed.
