Spawned from the greatest players STILL on the scene, this was one of CT's premiere heavy metal bands. Founding members-Kai Blackwood, Opus, Don Joray and Ron Celentano unleashed some of the best metal of the day, or now for that matter. Starting where Safyre left off, their first release "Eat this Grandma" was an in your face, four track assault. To see these guys live was an adventure in itself. Even when opening for major bands, these guys put the vets to shame. Wicked Children dropped in '95 was getting some air time and getting a buzz going when things came to an end. Opus went on to form Gargantua Soul (w/much success) and onto Dead By Wednesday. Kai Blackwood, currently with the Tokyo Death Squad have their second release. Ron Zombie plays with Nasty Disaster-highly recommend catching them live!
The boys can still be found playing together as Alcoholica, a Metallica tribute band, playing only the first three albums.
If you remember the guyz from the day as VI, post your stories/memories, etc. Also these songs should not be lost, and its my hope to find a even larger audiance then they already have.
Who knows, maybe someday we'll hear some of the old songs live again.
Peace~D
