I hold a BA and a MA (laurea triennale e specialistica); currently I'm focusing on Japanese and on some bizarre electro-rock-pop music project (which crazily features me as a polyglot singer, not as a bass player, against my will :P), as well as earning my living translating.
I don't know why most of you think I'm quite a manga-anime Otaku; I'm not. I've read just a few manga and have a bunch of fav anime. That's all; my connection with Japanese culture and pop-culture is broader than that. Please check my brief interests section.
Oh come on, Italian dudes! I'm growing tired of this: the "femme" part from my nickname doesn't translate into "femmina". Please look it up in some French dictionary! My nick ("ViolentFemme") is not a homage to the band (Violent Femmes); I liked the mix of semantics (violent woman), phonetics (Anglo-French) and graphics (I like the letters it's written with...).
