DJ Self aka The Prince of New York
Since 1996 DJ Self has been bringing his fiery brand of Hip Hop to the masses. Born and raised in Fort Greene, Brooklyn during Hip Hop’s golden era, & currently holding it down in the BX, Self has risen up in the ranks of club, party, and mix tapes DJ’s to emerge among the elite; and was recently rated the top 3 club DJ in NYC.
It’s not just New Yorkers who recognize Self’s skills on the turntable. Since 1998 he’s taken the party to the next level in clubs and venues world wide including appearances in Berlin, London, Germany, Tokyo, Chicago, St Louis, Seattle and throughout the East Coast. Among the noted hot spots Self has performed at are Planet Hollywood, Cheetah & Lot 61.
In addition, he’s provided entertainment at exclusive industry events (King magazine, XXL & Dons & Divas, album release gatherings for Alicia Keys, Amerie, Truth Hurts, and birthday celebrations for Carl Thomas, Stephon Marbury, Fabolous, Tracy McGrady, Zab Judah & Mos Def).

Working in corporate America by day and tantalizing the masses on the radio by night, this former cop and model has the knack for making guys stutter with her racy questions. Her segment Kimmi Cupcake’s Corner (Cocktales with Cupcakes) will have you wanting to pat HER down.
