In the early months of 2007, Matt Powell & Joe Klocek formed the band Virgin Down. Since then, Matt & Joe have been writing songs like there's no tomorrow. With Joe's influences in blues, his lead guitar gives the music its flavor. While Matt tries to keep up with rhythm, his vocals can be bright or sorrowful, allowing listeners to feel the lyrics.
Be nice about the recordings, they were done in Matt's living room on his computer. Virgin Down is working on getting into a studio to put together an EP entitled Hump Me If You're Icky. After that, a full-length album will be in the works.
