ONLY SOME OF THE MUSIC INTERVIEWS I HAVE BEEN FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE BEEN PART OF OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS:
BILLY SHERWOOD of CIRCA - Billy, Alan White (Yes), Tony Kaye (Yes's original keyboardist), and guitarist extraordinaire Jimmy Haun have created an excellent, exciting new progressive rock CD 'CIRCA: 2007'. I talked with Billy for 50 minutes on about this fine debut CD, about CIRCA's future plans, and about his history with progressive rock's iconic group, Yes.
JOHN McEUEN of the Grammy Award Winning supergroup THE NITTY GRITTY DIRT BAND!
DAROL ANGER - The fiddle master and jazz grass legend in an in-depth interview.
MIKE MARSHALL - Darol Anger's alter ego and world-class mandolinist.
CARL PALMER (Emerson, Lake, and Palmer/Asia) from
London, England!
JOHN "The Voice of Newgrass" COWAN discusses his
must-have, best of 2006 CD, 'New Tattoo'.
RAILROAD EARTH's fine mandolinist, JOHN SKEHAN, discusses the band's fine recent double CD release 'ELKO'!
IAN ANDERSON -'JETHRO TULL' Himself!!!) from London, England! Ian talks about his USA solo tour, world politics, global warming, and his ongoing work to help the world's small, wild cats (e.g. Andean Mountain Cat, Margay, etc.).
PETER WERNICK - DR. BANJO himself. Peter is the legendary Hot Rize banjoist and past President of the IBMA! In an N,P&M! exclusive, Peter calls for the renaming of the Telluride Bluegrass Festival?!
DARRELL SCOTT - Grammy Award-nominated, extraordinary multi-instrumentalist and songwriter talks about his must-have, best of 2006 CD 'The Invisible Man'.
CLAIRE LYNCH - IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year in 1997. Her excellent band includes 7 time IBMA Bassist of the Year Missy Raines and 2 time IBMA Guitar Player of the Year Jim Hurst (interviews pending!).
DREW EMMITT of The Drew Emmitt Band (and formerly of Leftover Salmon) talks about the legacy of Leftover Salmon, the state of the jamband scene, and his band's excellent CD 'Across The Bridge'.
DAVID COUSINS; DAVE LAMBERT/CHAS CRONK; JOHN HAWKEN of THE STRAWBS - The seminal English progressive folk rock band is still on the move in 2007 with tours both acoustic and electric and with new material on both CD and DVD recorded and released. 50 minute interviews with all members 2007!
2006.

***Albert Einstein, when asked to describe radio, replied: "You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat."
***"I wish I had a horses head, a lions heart, and an apple bed." Mark Linkous/Sparklehorse
"You will always be lucky if you know how to make friends with strange cats." Colonial American Proverb
"We hang the petty thieves and appoint the great ones to public office."

Who I'd like to meet:
Musicians and other music fans who like/perform newgrass/progressive bluegrass, 70's-style progressive art rock, and alternative rock/folk. And folks that love Cats, English Springer Spaniels, and Percheron (Draft) Horses!!!
TWO IMPORTANT NOTES TO MUSICIANS CURRENTLY FEATURED (AND POTENTIALLY FEATURED) ON 'N,P,& M!':
My webcast is at 'only' 32kbps-stereo for two very important reasons:
1. Listeners only get a 'taste' of your music, not full CD-quality. This hopefully encourages my listeners to support featured artists by purchasing their music instead of simply recording my webcast stream.
2. At 32kpbs, many-to-most 56k modem users can stream the webcast. I don't want to be elitist and webcast only to highspeed users!
