Dear Filmmakers, Film Studios, Schools and Organizations, 4-th edition of The International SHORT FILM FESTIVAL ŻubrOFFka, established by the BIALYSTOK CULTURAL CENTER, will be held on December3 - 6 2009 at cinema Forum in Bialystok, Poland.
WE ARE NOW DESPERATELY WAITING FOR YOUR FILMS!
Films should be sent on dvd, 25 min max. and completed in 2008-2009 are accepted.
Fiction films, animation & documentaries will definitely be considered.
THE DEADLINE FOR ALL ENTRIES IS : 17 november 2009
Only authors or producers are legally authorized to enter the work in the festival. One
author may submit multiple films (one DVD per film). Please note that we will accept only
fully completed and signed application forms.
