Aaron Turner and Chris Bowden began making music together when they met as two budding guitarists in high school (Maroondah Secondary).
5 years later, they have begun writing songs together and are currently working on their first CD.
Both guys have extensive experience playing and writing in other collaborative projects, in which they have had the opportunity to explore and develop their induvidual styles. They are joined by the smooth tones of Chantel Collins on the Bass and the pounding beats of Ben Hodgson on the Drums
Influenced by such bands as Faith No More, Pearl Jam, Muse, Led Zepplin, Aerosmith and Nirvana, their style of music can best be described as timeless alternative rock melodically blended with strong funky riffs, sometimes with a softer bittersweet underbelly.
Virgin Sound are spending time developing their new Album, With the material expected to be ready for release at a future date
