About me:

WELCOME TO FOA where human and spirit angels synergize creating healing and miracles in the lives of people effected by violent tragedy. We help surviving loved ones understand how tragedy changes lives and gives purpose, while offering artistic programs to those going through early HEALING stages. Human angels interact in social networks, and use e-mail to communicate.

SPIRIT ANGELS are loved ones who have tragically crossed the dimensional boundary, but earthly presence brings light to our cause and purpose. They continue to live through artistic projects we create to help surviving loved ones.

VIRTUAL ANGELS are social minded, spirited individuals using their computers in a worldwide network of volunteers, constantly keeping their eyes and ears open for ways to further our cause, and helping to make it happen. ~Widowed~	Apr 7 2009 3:58 AM Sometimes when my life is going magnificently well, I get anxious, wondering if something bad is going to happen to take it all away. I know that anxiety is fear and not trusting myself, so I just recognize it as the part that is used to my being upset about something, thank it for sharing and let it go. When I become frightened my adrenalin pumps up to protect me from danger. I say to the fear: I appreciate that you want to help me. Then I do an affirmation about that particular fear. Think about what you’ve done today. If you repeated those actions everyday for a year would it put you where you wanted to be? This can be applied to virtually every action you take through the day. Think about it. Imagine if you didn’t take a shower today. What would happen if you did that for a whole year? Imagine you want to be a multi-millionaire. Is being a couch potato going to move you toward that if that’s what you did today? Did you do anything today that you believe you should repeat 365 times? If the answer is no, then what are you making progress to? A no response definitely signals a problem—namely, you are not making progress toward YOUR goals. Don’t let any day pass without doing something that’s worth repeating 365 times.

When someone we have loved is taken from us in a most unfair way, that type of hurt is often life long. We who are fortunate to have never suffered in this way should listen to our inner spirit to be available and move towards compassion for those who will continue to hurt for a lifetime.
