Virtuous (formally known as Breath Of The Black Muse and members of Blood Of The Lamb) started in March of 2006. The band was started by Kris Leshikar and Robert Gonzalez. Two best friends from Taylor who met freshman year at Taylor High. Back in high school, Rob and Kris sometimes use to hang by the portables during lunch and both of them decided that they should bring there little practice amps and Squire Guitars during lunch and play a couple of ZAO songs just for fun. From then on, Rob and Kris wanted to pursue a full band with a drummer and possibly a bassist. After high school ended and some struggle in serch of a good drummer, Kris and Rob found Steven Vamboucale (forgive me for not knowing how to spell your last name Steven), who is the former drummer from the Death Metal band Blood Of The Lamb. Kris asked James, another great friend from high school, if he could play bass for us. James said yes and was ready to play. Three years later, Rob went to the Art Institute of Dallas to pursure is art career. After having the oppurtunity of working at a awesome gaming industry and shipping out a game, "SIN:Emergence" (which you can check out here, www.ritual.com). Rob decided to move back home and finally start a band. They plan on going to tour America and Canada. Afterwards, their next big step will be to tour the world and spread their most satisfing melodic hardcore metal sound and hopefully to reach out to every hardcore fans from all over the world.
